Do my customers need an app?

No. Your profile opens in a web browser. Visitors can use the contact buttons and links directly.

Can I still get a physical TapCard?

Yes. This signup is for your digital profile. If you want a physical NFC card or another format, add a note in your signup. Our team will discuss options and pricing separately before you order hardware.

Can someone tap my card with their phone?

Yes, with a programmed physical NFC TapCard or TapButton and a compatible NFC-enabled phone. The tap opens your digital profile in their browser. A digital card displayed on your screen does not provide universal phone-to-phone NFC sharing; use its QR code or share its link instead.

Can I update my information later?

Yes. You can update your profile from your customer dashboard without changing the link you already shared.

What if I need cards for a team?
